1. Who we are
is operated by , . We are an independent reseller of digital gift cards and are not affiliated with Apple Inc.
2. What we sell
We sell US-region Apple Gift Card codes. They can only be redeemed on an Apple Account set to the United States region. It is your responsibility to check your account region before buying.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in cryptocurrency through our payment provider. An order is confirmed only once the full amount has been received. Network fees are paid by you. Underpayments, overpayments or payments sent after the invoice expired may need manual handling and can be delayed or refunded in crypto at our discretion, minus network fees.
4. Verification and delivery
Every order is checked manually before the code is released. We may ask for additional information and may cancel and refund any order we suspect to be fraudulent. Codes are sent to the email address entered at checkout, usually within a few hours and at most within 24 hours of a confirmed payment. We are not responsible for a wrong email address entered by you.
5. Permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and you must use the codes for your own purposes. You must not use our service for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful activity. We may refuse service to anyone.
6. Liability
Gift cards are issued and governed by Apple. We are not responsible for changes Apple makes to its terms, for account restrictions imposed by Apple, or for codes that you share with third parties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected order.
