Refund Policy

Template: have it reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction before launch.

Delivered codes

Digital gift card codes cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been delivered to you, because we cannot verify whether a code has been used. Where the law grants you a mandatory right of withdrawal, that right is not affected.

Orders we cannot deliver

If we cancel an order or cannot deliver it within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, we refund the amount received in cryptocurrency to the address you provide. The refund is made in the same coin or in a stablecoin, valued at the time of the refund, minus network fees.

Wrong region or wrong email

Codes bought for an Apple Account outside the United States, or sent to an email address mistyped by you, are not refundable.
