Data we collect

Your email address, your order details (country, amount, quantity, date), the IP address used when ordering, and the messages you send to support. Payments are handled by our crypto payment provider, which collects the data it needs to process the transaction. If you accept advertising cookies, Google also receives usage data through its tags, such as the pages you visit and the value of a completed order.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to prevent fraud, to answer your questions and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails.

Gift card codes

Codes are never stored in our database. They are sent to you by email and are not kept on our systems.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records as long as the law requires. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at . If you are in the EU you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use your browser local storage to remember your last order link and your cookie choice. If you accept, we also use Google tags (Google Ads) that set cookies to measure how our ads perform and to count purchases. These tags are optional: nothing is sent to Google for advertising purposes unless you click Accept, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. We never send your email address or your gift card codes to Google.
